At Regal Seal, we specialize in bringing dead pavers back to life. Our heavy-duty commercial equipment strips the stone down to its core, safely lifting tire rubber, biological growth, and deteriorating previous sealants. We then meticulously re-stabilize the paver joints with premium polymeric sand before applying our Trident protective barrier to lock in the revived aesthetic.
- Safe Chemical Stripping: We utilize eco-friendly but industrial-strength chemical strippers to safely remove old, yellowing layers of failed sealants without damaging the stone.
- Hot Water Extraction: High-temperature commercial surface cleaners obliterate deeply rooted black mold and algae that standard pressure washing leaves behind.
- Sub-Base Protection: By replacing washed-out sand with modern polymeric joint lock, we actively prevent the bricks from shifting or sinking in the future.

Old Sealer Stripping
Is your hardscape looking milky, cloudy, or peeling? That is failed sealer. We chemically strip and extract these old layers to give your stone a completely fresh start.
Efflorescence Treatment
We actively treat and remove efflorescence—the stubborn, powdery white calcium salt stains that naturally bleed out of aging concrete and brick pavers.
Joint Stabilization
Washed-out joints lead to structural failure and massive weed growth. We sweep in and activate advanced polymeric sand that hardens to lock everything tightly together.
